The Personalization Process

Gulick home buyers want creative finish choices to express their individuality. To help you express your personal vision, we have put together a comprehensive Design Studio where you can select from the latest and greatest fixtures and finishes available in the industry.

Personalizing a Gulick home is a thorough and precise process. Our time-tested, comprehensive procedure for home definition allows you to clearly and confidently define the home you desire and ensures that we deliver exactly to your specification.

Your Design Coordinator

During each Design Studio appointment you will be assisted by your Design Coordinator. Each Coordinator has a design background, is intimately familiar with all the features, fixtures and finishes available from Gulick Group, and will assist you as you choose the fixtures, flooring, cabinets and other finishes in your home. The Design Coordinator can provide advice and guidance to help you realize your dream home, or show you pictures of previously built homes to spur your imagination.

Our Design Coordinators are compensated on a fee basis rather than a percentage of options sold. At Gulick Group, we believe that the personalization process should be about expressing your unique vision for your home and not be complicated by pressure or upselling.
