Today Gulick Group announced their newest Great Falls community, Summer Creek. Ground breaking on the 9-home Signature community will occur this Fall, with home deliveries in late 2018. Sales have already begun.

Homes range 4,700 to 9,200 square feet and start from $1.85M. Each home at Summer Creek can be personalized with features such as a car enthusiast’s garage, an elevator or a first-floor owner’s suite, among many others.
