Gulick Group, a luxury homebuilder based in Reston, VA today announced a new Oakton community, Vale Crest.

“It is said that good things come in threes. We are pleased to return to Oakton with three spectacular homesites,” said Peter Gulick, Founder and CEO of Gulick Group. Vale Crest, a quiet cul-de-sac of three homesites on ~two-acre lots located in Oakton, represents Gulick’s first new community in that area since their successful Wynnewood, Stone Hurst and Elgin Manor communities built in the late 90s. “Demand for exceptional homes in Oakton has far exceeded supply over the past few years, and Oakton has rarely seen quality and attention to detail like this,” said Peter, “Within the Madison School district, Vale Crest provides discerning buyers an opportunity to build and personalize a more current floorplan with the finishes they desire. This avoids the alternative of buying a resale and renovating it, which can be an expensive and time consuming compromise.”

Vale Crest will feature two home plans, ranging from ~4,700 to 6,500 square feet on two floors. Gulick intends to break ground on the first of the homes in the next few weeks, and sales have already begun. Each home at Vale Crest can be personalized with features such as a car enthusiast’s garage, an elevator or first-floor owner’s suite, to mention a few.
