Gulick Group, a luxury homebuilder based in Reston, VA today announced two upcoming communities, Fallsgate and Thompson’s Crossing.

Fallsgate, a hamlet of five homes on one-acre lots located in Great Falls, will build on the success of the nearby Autumn Wood community,” said Jamie Gulick, Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “Fallsgate offers an affordable new alternative in Great Falls, still within the Langley School district, and provides discerning buyers with an opportunity to build a more current floorplan with the finishes they desire and avoid the renovation process, which can be expensive and time consuming.”

Fallsgate will feature four housetypes, ranging from ~3,200 to 5,400 square feet on two floors, including two newly designed floorplans, the Ashcroft and the Grayson. Gulick intends to break ground developing the new community in the next few weeks, with sales commencing at Fallsgate in early 2015. Each home at Fallsgate is highly customizable with features such as smart lighting or a first-floor master suite.

Thompson’s Crossing, a scenic community located in Mason Neck near to National Parkland and across from a golf course, will consist of two two-acre and four five-acre homesites. Sales are expected to commence in Winter/Spring of 2015. Gulick will announce available housetypes closer to the launch of sales, and information will be made available on their website.
