Gulick Group announced that it had completed paving at its newest Great Falls community, Summer Creek, and will begin construction on the first homes in late September or early October, 2018.  “Summer Creek is a unique opportunity in Great Falls.  It isn’t often you can find a community of new homes this conveniently located, nestled away from roads, but within a larger community making biking, running, and other outdoor activities easy,” said Jamie Gulick, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Gulick Group. “That’s probably why one third of Summer Creek has sold before we’ve begun the first home.”

Summer Creek is a community of nine new homes located at the end of Challedon Road, just beyond Lexington Estates.  Only six homes remain in the Great Falls community.  The Summer Creek example home is open to visit 11 AM – 5 PM Daily.

Summer Creek currently features two model types starting from ~4,700 to 6,600 finished square feet and priced from the $1.8Ms. These homes include finished Recreation and Game Rooms, as well as a Full Bath in the Lower Level.  Gulick plans add two additional floorplans to its offering in the coming weeks.
