Gulick Group’s Final Offer at The Reserve Met with Astounding Demand

January 01, 2005 (McLean, Virginia)

Gulick Group introduced the remaining nine homesites, located in The Reserve in McLean, during a private showing on September 28, 2004.

Gulick Group had been working with an extensive list of interested parties for the limited number of multi-million dollar homes, all of whom attended the private showing with great enthusiasm. The invitation only event was held at the Wentworth model home in The Reserve, 12,000 square feet of luxurious and innovative space.

The demand was so overwhelming that a lottery system was created in effort of an equitable selection process. First priority was extended to previous Gulick Group homeowners, followed by the lottery for new prospects. Within one month, all nine homesites were under contract at prices exceeding $3 million dollars.

Gulick Group’s success at The Reserve continues to prove them as one of the most dominant players in the intense Washington, D.C. new-home market.
